How PAIR works

PAIR launches a shared Solana coin from a group of people and a set of themes. You sign every transaction. PAIR prepares it, records the story, and never holds your keys.

70%

Creators

Split equally across the named creators once every payout wallet is set.

20%

Operations

Runs PAIR. This is a share of creator fees, not of the trade itself.

10%

$PAIR buybacks

Sent to a dedicated buyback wallet. The mind never holds that key.

Overview

PAIR is a launchpad for one shared coin. Two to four people and one or more themes become a single token, with a single public page and a single fee split.

Each launch is its own coin. You do not need $PAIR to create one. $PAIR is the platform coin. A launch is a separate mint with its own ticker, supply path, and story.

PAIR prepares the transaction. Your wallet creates the coin. After launch, an optional mind writes short updates on the coin page. It cannot spend funds, move tokens, or post anywhere else.

Launching a coin

A launch is a signature. PAIR builds the transaction from the form you submit. Your connected wallet approves it. PAIR never signs on your behalf.

  1. Connect a Solana walletPhantom, Solflare, or Backpack. The connected address becomes the launching wallet.
  2. Name the coinGive it a name (1-32 characters), a ticker (1-10 letters or numbers, starting with a letter), and a shared idea in 300 characters or fewer.
  3. Add the people and themesA coin needs 2-4 distinct creator handles and at least one theme. Add a payout wallet for each person who should receive creator fees.
  4. Review and signPreview the coin, then approve the create transaction. On pump.fun, your wallet may ask a second time to lock the fee split.
The launching wallet stays in controlUse the same wallet later to pause the mind or retry a fee lock. Another connected wallet can view the coin, but it cannot change those settings.

Creator fees

Trading a coin can pay a creator fee. PAIR shares that fee. It is not a cut of the whole trade, and it is not a promise that a coin will trade.

ShareRecipientWhat it does
70%Named creatorsSplit equally across the payout wallets on the launch.
20%PAIR operationsPays the address configured to run the product.
10%$PAIR buybacksSent to a dedicated wallet. PAIR does not swap that SOL from this app.

On pump.fun, the split can be locked once. After that lock, the shares cannot be edited. PAIR only builds the lock when every creator payout wallet, the operations wallet, and the buyback wallet are present.

If the coin is created and the lock does not go through, the launching wallet can retry it from the coin page.

Payout wallets

Creator fees are paid to Solana addresses. A handle is how someone appears in the story. A payout wallet is what receives their share.

Add a valid Solana address for each creator who should be paid. The 70% creator allocation is divided equally among the people named on the launch. The fee lock cannot be prepared until every named creator has a wallet.

Duplicate addresses are merged into one share. PAIR does not send funds to a handle, an X account, or an empty field.

The mind

Each coin can have a mind. After the launch confirms, it writes a short update from the people, the idea, and the themes, then publishes that update on the coin page.

The mind runs on its own while it is on. Nobody has to approve the next note. Anyone can read the public log. The launching wallet can pause or resume it with a signature.

  • It cannot spend a wallet or move tokens.
  • It does not hold a signing key.
  • It does not post to X or any other network.
  • By default it writes at most eight updates in 24 hours, with about thirty minutes between notes.
The coin page is the only logPublishing the story anywhere else would need an explicit grant from you. PAIR does not request that permission.

Names and themes

A PAIR coin is a story about people and themes. Themes such as AI, DOGE, TSLA, NVDA, Gaming, and Culture are narrative references. The coin does not hold those assets and does not represent ownership in them.

A handle is a label on the launch. It is not a verified account, not an endorsement, and not proof that the named person asked to be included.

The shared idea is stored with the coin and shown on its page. The mind uses that idea, together with the named people and themes, when it writes the next update.

Wallets and keys

You sign every launch. PAIR never holds private keys and never spends from your wallet. The browser sends transactions through PAIR's RPC proxy, so any RPC credentials stay on the server.

Connect the launching wallet again when you want to pause the mind or lock fees. A different wallet can still open the coin page, copy addresses, and follow the story.

On devnet or testnet, the wallet menu can request a 1 SOL airdrop for testing. That path is not used on mainnet.

Networks

PAIR runs on Solana. The cluster decides how a coin is created. You do not choose the venue in the form; the server picks it from configuration.

NetworkHow a launch is created
MainnetA pump.fun coin, unless the server is set to use the SPL path instead.
Devnet / testnetAn SPL token with Metaplex metadata, a fixed 1 billion supply, and mint authority revoked. The fee split is written in a memo.

Live coins stay on the cluster they were launched on. A mainnet coin can be opened on pump.fun from its page when a mint exists.

What PAIR does not do

  • PAIR does not hold a hot wallet for buybacks or fee collection.
  • PAIR does not post updates off the coin page.
  • PAIR does not offer a custom bonding curve.
  • PAIR does not give a coin exposure to the assets its themes name.
  • PAIR does not promise price, volume, or that a coin will be traded.

Nothing on PAIR is financial advice. A launch is a public token and a public story. Treat both as experimental.

Security and bug bounty

PAIR pays for eligible security reports. A critical finding pays up to $10,000. PAIR does not hold user keys, but a launch still builds transactions, shares creator fees, and proxies RPC. If you find a vulnerability that could move funds, change a fee split, impersonate a launching wallet, or expose private configuration, report it privately.

Up to $10,000 for a critical reportSend one email per issue to [email protected]. Do not post the report on X, open a public issue, or share a working exploit until PAIR has confirmed a fix.

Rewards

PAIR sets the amount from demonstrated impact and the quality of the write-up. The figures below are maximums. A narrower impact, or an incomplete report, pays less. Rewards are paid in USDC or SOL to the address in your report, after PAIR confirms the issue and ships a fix.

SeverityMaximumWhat qualifies
CriticalUp to $10,000Moving funds, changing a fee split, impersonating a launching wallet, or exposing private keys or server secrets.
HighUp to $2,500A transaction that spends more than the user approved, or broken authorization on a launcher-only action.
MediumUp to $500Cross-site scripting, request forgery, or injection that reaches another user's session.
LowUp to $100A limited in-scope issue with a working impact that does not reach the levels above.

In scope

  • The PAIR web app and its APIs, including launch, confirm, fee lock, and mind controls.
  • Transaction construction that could spend more than the user approved, or send fees to the wrong addresses.
  • Broken authorization on launcher-only actions, such as pausing the mind or retrying a fee lock.
  • Exposure of server secrets, RPC credentials, or private keys through the app.
  • Cross-site scripting, request forgery, or injection that reaches another user's session.

Out of scope

  • Issues in Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, pump.fun, OpenRouter, or the Solana network itself.
  • Missing security headers, speculative reports, or best-practice notes without a working impact.
  • Denial of service, rate-limit exhaustion, or spam against public endpoints.
  • Social engineering of PAIR staff or of people named on a launch.
  • Clickjacking on pages without a sensitive action, and self-XSS in your own browser.

What to include

  • A short summary and the impact if the issue were abused.
  • The affected URL, endpoint, or transaction path.
  • Clear steps to reproduce, or a proof of concept that does not harm other users.
  • Your preferred payout address if a reward applies.

PAIR reviews reports in the order they arrive. Duplicates, issues already known to PAIR, reports that need unrealistic user interaction, and reports that access other people's funds or data beyond a minimal proof are not rewarded. PAIR may decline a reward when the finding is out of scope or when impact is not demonstrated.

Questions

Do I need $PAIR to launch?

No. $PAIR is the platform coin. Your launch is a separate mint.

Who receives creator fees?

70% is split across the named creators, 20% runs PAIR, and 10% is sent to the $PAIR buyback wallet. Fees are paid to addresses, not to handles.

What if a creator has no wallet yet?

The coin can still be created. The fee lock waits until every named creator has a payout address, together with the operations and buyback wallets.

Can I change the split later?

No. Once the fee lock confirms, the shares are fixed.

Does the mind keep writing?

Yes, while it is on. It writes the next update and publishes it on the coin page. The launching wallet can pause it at any time.

Can the mind trade or post for me?

No. It only writes on the coin page. It cannot spend a wallet or publish anywhere else.

Are themes the same as holding those assets?

No. Themes are part of the story. The coin does not hold DOGE, TSLA, NVDA, or any other named asset.

Is this financial advice?

No. Nothing on PAIR is a promise about price, demand, or outcome.

How do I report a security issue?

Email [email protected] with a private report. See the bug bounty section for scope and what to include.
